Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean. Was able to get a first floor room

The pool was nice, the restaurant is good, and the staff was very helpful.

They are in the middle of repairs from the last hurricane and need to let people know that, giving a discount!

Bathroom and sink was not clean. Pretty noisy.

This property has an amazing swimming pool there are usually lots of kids there but they stay to their selfs. As far as cleanliness goes it's all right it's not a five-star hotel by any means but it serves its purpose it's cheap it's got a great restaurant the staff is friendly and like I said the f****** pool is awesome it goes to 8 ft

Awesome hotel

The room was very large and adequately furnished.This is an old hotel that needs a major renovation. Room had a weird odor that was trying to be masked by 3 small deodorant tabs placed in room a/c vents. The a/c controls for heat or cooling did not work. Appeared to be preset at 70 degrees. These units are over priced considering their outdated condition.Will not stay there again.

The restaurant is awesome and food is great. We were there for their all you can eat fish Friday night and it was very good. The room it’s self was lacking. The bed you could feel the springs and the side of the hotel we were on was not the best. There was loud music, people hanging around, kids running up and down the hallway. The person next room to ours was up ALL night hanging outside the door, talking on speaker phone, had someone banging on their door all thought the night. At one point the management was there telling them about complaints and last chance.. but it didn’t change.

It was so nasty the restroom smelled like urine ,there was hair all over the bathroom we found a roach in the restroom I would never book again . The room smelled so bad it was a no for us,no phone in the room !the guy in the front was supper nice .

Staff was friendly. Had a first floor room right by pool area. Room/beds were comfortable but needed updating especially the bathroom (had seen better days). But to be fair it was a last minute booking and we got a room that had not yet been refurbished as we were told others in the hotel were. Beautiful grounds and pool area. Bar and restaurant were a nice plus. A little more attention to cleaning needed. State park with tram for Homosassa Springs State Park right behind hotel (walking bridge next to pool area.) Lots of restaurants and activities nearby.
