Great service.

This property is a "hidden gem". It is adjacent to Homasassa Springs Wildlife State Park with a lovely walking path directly into the park - no need to take your car. Also,the little restaurant, Gator Cove had excellent food. The property itself is aging, but the rooms were well maintained, with comfortable beds and the staff was very helpful.

Friendly staff. And nice pool. I’m local, I’m local and stayed for one night to get a relaxing day in the pool.

The property and room was dirty, worn out and past due to be renovated. The furniture and beds are tired.

Pit stop on the way to Cedar Key. Food is good at the little bar.

The rooms were dark and very poorly lit. The bulbs were very dull bright white bulbs. The shower head was 5 feet above the tub floor. There was no safety bar in the shower tub area. The shower head was loose in the wall. The television took 15 minutes to turn on fully.

The staff is just not very accommodating. They charge just as much as a nice resort, but with none of the nice amenities doing barely the bare minimum, and sometimes not even that bunch of drug addicts and homeless people hanging out around the pool and patios. The rooms have roaches.

Always have a great stay here. Love the convenience of everything you need or want is in walking distance.Staff always friendly and helpful me. A Big ty to Valerie your awesome.

We have stayed multiple times at this property and this was the most terrible it has been. The room smelled absolutely awful like rotten broccili. The carpet in the floor was wet throughout the entire room. The toilet barely flushed toilet paper down and kept getting stuck and would end up running. The sink barely would let water out. The fridge didn't work. And one of the USB outlets was missing, The cleaning lady took our towels at 9am and didn't return them until 6 hours later. And people are living there disgusting won't be back.
