Residence Inn by Marriott Saginaw

Service was good. Stayed on 2nd floor-quite a bit of noise from upstairs.

Wonderful staff.

Property was great with the amententies. Its located near a bunch of restaurants and stores. Room was nice a big forna family of 4. Only downside was the pullout bed in the couch, definitely not as sturdy as we would have liked, a little dangerous.

We had a great stay and would definitely return next time we are in Michigan. Even though we just stayed one night, our family of 4 felt right at home. Spacious rooms for us to move around freely and had all the amenities of home. Staff was friendly and helpful. My only mild complaints are that the hot tub was shut down and the breakfast buffet was not fully up and running yet, my guess would be due to Covid. But all in all a very pleasant stay.

Loud neighbors. Cabinets not soft close and the neighbors forgot all night. Walls seemed paper thin. Mattress was wore out and lumpy. Tiny tv.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Did have a problem with a couple of cars parked in the parking lot for the hotel next door two nights/early morning in a row blasting music. Hotel staff contacted the hotel next door and they took care of the problem. Other than that the overall stay was fine.

It was nice and clean

I didn't like that my dad feel from something sticking out of the sidewalk that should've not been there and there was not very much staff that was that friendly to the point i would ssk for a extra blankets or towels

It was very clean I will give them that but I booked it because online they said they had a pool and hot tub but when we got there they told that both the pool and hot tub wasn’t usable, very disappointed. They still charged me full price and during the night about 1:00 am someone tried breaking into our room. Very noisy place and then beds very uncomfortable.

The staff were very nice however, it was hard to figure out how to get the breakfast, so we went to a restaurant instead. There was nail polish stains on our blanket and I am not sure that they were washed. The wash clothes also had stains on them. Mold in the shower and the floor of the bathroom.
