Residence Inn by Marriott Saginaw

The hotel was in a great location with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. They had a small hot breakfast which was nice. My family enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They offered popcorn at check in, board games you could check out and a pool table. The staff was pretty friendly for the most part and the rooms were clean and spacious. The pool room floor was disgusting, hair and other things all over the floor and it was VERY slippery. The staff could be a little friendlier. The lady who ran breakfast complained how tired she was, she said she worked 3-12 hour days on the night shift, seemed to get an attitude when a gentleman asked her to refill the coffee and how she got annoyed the breakfast closes at 10 and a family came to eat around 945 so she had to make more food. One of the front desk workers were very friendly while the other one acted as if he hated his job. If it wasnt for pool floor and the workers I would have given this hotel a top rating.

ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY. I HAVE STAYED AT A LOT OF MARRIOTT HOTELS AND THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST. TV WOULD NOT WORK IN BEDROOM CALLED THE FRONT DESK,SHE SAID KEEP TRYING TO FIX IT AND WHEN I GET A SECOND I WILL COME AND LOOK AT IT. SHE NEVER DID COME. WAY TOO MUCH MONEY FOR LESS THAN AVERAGE ROOM.

We had never stayed in Saginaw before and we’re just there for an overnight. I would highly recommend this hotel! Everyone was very polite and helpful and the hotel was clean and welcoming.

Good place to stay

It was a clead and inexpencive place to stay to see family, you could cook your own meals, and enjoy time away from family as well..a good home base for a vacation.

The room was ready to stay forever, with all the appliances and the bed was comfortabel, the whirlpool was the best for me and my wife after a long walking experience.
