Great rooms But trouble with the internet television Couldn’t watch television

Great location & well kept

there was not anything really unique about this property. The trash can outside the side door was always stuffed, the day is was over full and gulls were having party and trash was on the grounds. This was our check out day so reported to the staff and they sent someone out there right away. Other several small issues with our room or stay were promptly attended to. Staff was always ready to take care of.

Front desk staff were super polite and nice. Acted like they really cared

It took a few visits to the front desk to get checked in and out. On prior visits the staff was very attentive, they even welcomed guests with a happy hour, offering food and adult beverages. The wifi service was all but non-existent, they did however offer a bump-up service for $5/day, and that from the highest priced accommodations near Saginaw. Our 3rd visit to this Residence Inn was o.k., but disappointing when viewed in the light of our previous visits. It all could be said to reflect poorly on the community, or perhaps the management. The rooms were not clean properly I had syrup on the countertops and microwave was dirty refrigerator with dirty toys left from previous guest debris in the drawers recleaned the room myself was not happy but the stafff was great especially the front desk ppl

I liked the fire pit; it was a great way to decompress at the end of a very long day. Also, we travel with a service dog. All staff was well trained on how to handle guests with service animals. What could be improved was the handling of trash inside the room. When you have a kitchen, you're going to need more than a 2 gallon trash bin. Because we were there just 3 days, no cleaning was done in between days, which is okay, if you have a trash bin that can handle it.

Because your service doesn’t tell guest how much or is there a deposit and their fees were $400.00 for two nights as a deposit and the cost of the room that’s to height…
