"Perfect place for First birthday of our son."

Live the location, hospitality, pool, food, rooms.

There is no elevator and we are a big group of family with 60plus years people who were given accommodation on first floor, but unfortunately we had to upgrade one room for being on the ground floor. We were not informed of the elevator situation prior which was problematic.

Everything from the entrance staff to the sunbed staff reception, restaurant, and house keeping, everyone was lovely and professional! The bed was the best bed I’ve ever slept in! Overall my stay was amazing!

The aircon system was pretty loud.

Quel séjour incroyable ! Un personnel très accueillant, souriant et très attentionné ! On se souvient encore de leurs petites attentions et gentillesse ! Pour avoir été dans d’autres 5-étoiles au Sri Lanka, je peux vous dire que tous n’ont pas un personnel comme au Fortress. Les prix des restaurants étaient un peu plus élevés que sur le reste de l’île (à établissement comparable) mais la cuisine était recherchée, travaillée et généreuse ! On a hâte de revenir !

Les corbeaux font leur toilette dans la piscine… Il faudrait traiter ce problème sans maltraiter les animaux ?
