The Fortress Resort & Spa Galle

I was very happy with my stay at The Fortress, my friends and I had an amazing time and I have to mention the Exceptional service by the staff!! We cannot wait to be back. Hospitality done at its best!

Tal vez hacer un upgrade al gym por decir algo Y que si sales de la fortaleza no tienes nada alrededor como Galle (está lejos ) ,supermercados western style etc (a modo info no crítica)

Very beautiful resort and great food served at the restaurant. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Great location and we enjoyed so much the beach view.

The rooms decorations are made of wood and that would add a smell in the rooms specially with the humidity. Insects flies in if we opened the balcony. Thus it was closed all the time.

Only issue for the bathroom not covered doors between bed area

The property was really well kept and had a fun, chill vibe for a family holiday

The service was absolutely horrible. The staff was not trained at all nor did they care about learning.

Great location in Koggala, beautiful property, pool and very friendly staff. Loved that they had a sauna and steam room and loaded gym.

Some of the staff weren’t as well versed with the menu and we got woken up at 9:00 am by the cleaning staff.

Beautiful property. Lovely pool. Comfortable room, except for the open plan bathroom, which we got used to. Good food. Excellent hospitality. Would love to go back anytime.
