Excellent Location and very relaxed stay .

The staff were absolutely lovely and very helpful throughout our stay. They went above and beyond when I had an allergic reaction, even taking me to see a local doctor, which I really appreciated. The rooms were comfortable and the setting of the resort is beautiful, especially by the pool and beach.

Sadly, this visit did not live up to our previous experiences. The breakfast buffet – which used to be a highlight – was no longer available, and the à la carte menu was disappointing with very long wait times. There was no kids’ menu, meaning we had to pay high prices for adult portions our children barely touched. The bathrooms are now showing signs of wear and tear, with some safety concerns like exposed jacuzzi electrics. Food overall fell short.

Ein außergewöhnliches Gebäude, ein unglaublich freundliches Personal, ein sehr warmes ankommen und willkommen geheißen werden und die Lage ist einfach fantastisch! Der Pool Ist ewig lang - super sauber und es sind genügend Liegen da Die Zimmer sind groß und die Betten sehr sehr bequem - die Anwendungen im spa sind hervorragend und das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keinen Wunsch offen Die Pizza die wir nach 14 Tagen asiatischer Küche gegessen haben war außergewöhnlich gut!

Im Restaurant werden die Preise in Dollar ausgewiesen - ohne Steuer und Service Die Portionen sind klein und nicht unbedingt das was sie versprechen - das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau aber wenn ich was verbessern möchte dann wäre es das

We loved the pool. So relaxing. The spa and the massages were also absolutely amazing. Special mentions to staff members samantha, laksiri, druzell who really did a great job.

Everything was perfect.
