Hotel Morales Historical & Colonial Downtown Core

Great location, just a couple of blocks off a major Square The front desk staff was very helpful. The public areas throughout the hotel were lovely, and the pool area area was very nice and well kept breakfast was OK, but the food in the bar in the evening was very good.

geographically the location is great, but it's very loud --music comes up from the street until about 3:30 in the morning. The first room I checked into wasn't very clean at all. There was hair all over the place. But they did change me to another room. The sheets were very thin. The rooms were very dark and it was difficult to find good lighting in the room.

The staff was friendly and hotel location is great as it’s close to everything.

The only bad thing of our stay is the rooms don’t have a mini refrigerator. This is would have been good to have as I was traveling with my baby and need a refrigerator for her baby food and milk. We had no choice but to buy a cooler

The pool had nice water temperature, it was clean but the dirty towels around, and dirty lounges were not inviting.

Windowless rooms, with a strong smell of mildew, every time someone walked inside the room or on the hallway hall of the room vibrated like it was an earthquake happening. Sheets were not changed during our stay, bathroom is not cleaned, we stay there two nights and three days. Old and rundown building. Don’t stay there! No need, there are other and better hotels!
