Excelentes habitaciones, muy cómoda la cama, muy limpia, también funciona perfecto el baño y excelente decoración que está muy de acuerdo con el tipo de Hotel que es colonial, también muy favorable el aire acondicionado.

Puntos a mejor la recepción -check in, el personal necesita mayor capacitación y además poder ser más ágiles en las reservas ya que no están bien comunicados con plataformas de reservas como esta, por lo que puede ser tedioso y hasta caótico

"Overall I enjoyed my stay. The staff were terrific, very helpful and accommodating."

The hotel is historically cool but the lighting didn’t do it justice. Cold LED lighting detracts from the aesthetic and is not pleasant in the rooms.

Switch the lighting to warm incandescent- the LED lights in the room were super unpleasant

Las instalaciones, la limpieza y el trato del personal.

Estan arreglando la calle aledaña, por lo que en la noche y madrugada se escuchaba todo el ruido de las máquinas y nos fue muy difícil poder dormir.

Needed some clothes dry cleaned and had a problem where I needed a translator for a phone conversation. The desk staff helped me out.
