Absolutely Amazing. We stayed here for a week with my family of 5. Upon entering, we were greeted very warmly by the kind staff, who were so welcoming and seemed to stop at nothing to do things for us. Thank you especially to Carmen and Valentina at Reception who were incredibly Professional and exceptionally attentive and kind. Unfortunately the Pools were all closed except for 1 however they are scheduled to open soon but this was not a problem as we spent more time exploring the island than staying in the hotel and using the facilities. The sleep quality was amazing, the cleanliness was absolutely perfect, the housekeeping team were very patient and they were fit for all our needs. Thank you to them. The resort was clean and modern and absolutely stunning. One of my famous facilities was the lift that has the view of ocean which is absolutely amazing. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and dinner at the mirador although quite pricey (which is expected for a restaurant of that caliber) was absolutely exquisite. The service was absolutely incredible and the food was some of the best food i’ve had of that sort. I ordered the Beef Tenderloin which was incredible. The beach is lovely and the staff is always on hand for towels and choosing you some sun loungers. The AC of the rooms work perfectly and the beds are so comfortable. The pool is warm and mostly clean and they have suncream and water around the pool in case you don’t have any. A very special mention to Martin at breakfast who was the sweetest waiter we’ve ever had who created a specially decorated table for us in the morning. There is a train which takes you to the beach which is always on time. The parking is always available and staff are on hand to park your car if you were to require it. Rest assured that the staff are absolutely incredible and patient and that you will have an amazing stay. I will be commun back in the future and absolutely loved and was enchanted by this amazing hotel. Absolutely exquisite.

Another great stay at the Ritz Carlton Abama Hotel. It’s our 5th stay and each better than the last. As a Marriott Titanium Elite Lifetime I am always super impressed with the staff here. Georgeta however, who presides over The Retreat is absolutely fantastic and a credit to the Ritz Carlton Abama Hotel.

A truly exceptional stay. Rooms are beautifully designed, spotless and tranquil.Service was second to none, We were lucky enough to be up graded to the retreat which was perfect. Breakfast was a treat, with a huge buffet to select from as well as off the menu choices. Cant recommend highly enough .

This was my second time staying at The Ritz-Carlton, Abama – last year I came with my cousin, and this time with my girlfriend – and once again, it exceeded all expectations. The guest service is absolutely exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The reception team was always friendly, helpful, and professional – every request was handled with a smile and great attention to detail. A very special thank you goes to Julia and Leticia from the Beach Bar – they truly made our stay unforgettable. Their warmth, attentiveness, and positive energy made every visit to the beach bar a highlight of our trip. Also, a big shoutout to Diana from the Italian restaurant, who gave us the most beautiful evening of our entire holiday on our last night. The service, the ambiance, and of course the food – everything was perfect, and it left a lasting impression. The entire team deserves praise – we have rarely felt so genuinely welcomed and well taken care of at a hotel. We will definitely be back – and we’re already looking forward to it!

This hotel is magnificent. We are here at the moment and everything is superb. The staff without exception are truly amazing nothing is too much trouble. It is a shame there are many rude people here and treat the staff badly. No please or thank yous. Americans in particular. The staff are working incredibly hard and do not warrant any rudeness. It really is not necessary - come on guys enjoy your holiday and lighten up! We are having a wonderful time - thank you all!!
