Beautiful building and great location

When I check-in, I was told that the Aircon was broken and that I could have a fan in the room if I wanted it. The room was so hot that I had a cold shower at 2 o’clock in the morning to cool down. The Wi-Fi in the room was useless so the staff gave me the staff login that was also useless. When I checked out, nobody asked me how my day was. Very, very disappointed.

Air-conditioning broken. No room key passes. Had to be let in room each time we returned - if staff were available.

Location and outward appearance. Room size good and clean

The air conditioning not working through hotel so too hot. Had to ask twice to get a small fan sent up. Water in tap smelled of drains even after running. Restaurant service average and got served wrong food although was corrected quickly. Coffee in breakfast was undrinkable and noticed others leaving it too. And breakfast quality average although selection ok

Absolutely joke ask me for 50 pounds deposit never return money to me . I been call ever single day asking for my money . So many standard but treat customer like that . They said the already send money but don't have prove of transaction they send to me money . Don't stay here I will take this further and you will lose customer

They tell you after check out you get your money . No you don't 2 weeks after still call ask for my money , manager don't show evidence of money return just keep ask me to wait. Whait fir what ? Don't stay here

niente di niente, sconsiglio vivamente questo hotel soggiorno un incubo!!! il mio soggiorno è coinciso nella settimana di gran caldo e l'aria condiziobata non funzionava e come mi è stato riferito era gia da molti giorni che era fuoribuso! una struttura cosi dovrebbe orivvedere quanto prima per il benessere dei clienti molti di loro hanno formito con la porta della camera aperta!!! la situazione è stata anche peggiorata dalla presenza della moquette e dalle finestre che non possono essere aperte per sicurezza e questo posso comprenderlo ma cercare di alleviare il disagio almeno si! dopo due giorni di insistenze ci hanno dato un ventilatore di quelli da passeggio 🤦‍♀️ cose da matti davvero! il direttore della struttura dovrebbe cambiare lavoro se non riesce a soddisfare i clienti ed il loro benessere! le zone comuni sporche e polverose questo hotel è solo un'apparenza di altro non ha nulla vacanza rovinata dalle notti insonni per il caldo
