Skyler is the absolute best! Kind, smart, fast, knowledgeable and willing to make this the best vacation of your life. We will definitely be coming back! Clean rooms, great wine and food, 2 pools, and a concert venue all near downtown. 100% yes! Thank you Skyler!

location is poor. Check in experience is dreadful. front lobby is unbearably loud, unable to communicate with the check in staff. no comments on local food, we did not use the hotel restaurants. there are so many other locations in the Napa Valley region, look there for better value

The Atomsphere, the support staff, and room was beautiful. When I encountered a problem with the reservation, a comprise and an apology was given without prompting. It was refreshing to have real customer care displayed and provided.

2nd time at this location and it was amazing just like last time ! ROMAN was so helpful. He was friendly, informative and attentive to our needs. Thanks again !

I’d like to shout out and recognized excellence customer services to Roman!!! Roman was not only friendly, helpful, and very welcoming he made our stay and our staff secure and safe driving us to and from the place we needed to be. He made our trip fun and enjoyable to definitely come back here at The Meritage again.

We stayed at The Meritage the week of June 9th for the Jazz Getaway, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. At check-in, we had the pleasure of being helped by Tiffany. She was friendly, professional, and they were even able to get us checked in early, which we really appreciated. The Living Room was closed during our stay, so we had to check in across the street at the sister property. That was unexpected and meant we had to cross the street daily, but Gage, Antonio, and the valet/bell team truly went above and beyond to make things easier for us. Gage took excellent care of us from the moment we met him. He picked us up in the golf cart to take us to the spa and also brought our car to us whenever we were ready to leave. Antonio was amazing as well. He helped bring the car when needed and took us back and forth throughout our stay. Tiffany, Gage, and Antonio really made our stay enjoyable. Their kindness, professionalism, and extra effort are a big reason why we continue to come back annually. Thank you for making our Jazz Getaway trip so special!

Everything at Resort is Exceptional. Location, Atmosphere, food Clean. Excellent accommodations and Restaurants.
