The Meritage Resort and Spa

We had our dinner at Olive and Hay. We ordered linguine cioppino, truffle pizza, truffle fries, chicken marsala, mini donuts and affogato. And all of them are so worth it! Plus the mocktail with blood orange and blackberry, yummm! Everything went perfect with the dedicated services of the crew and staff, especially Emily, our waitress and Brenda the host. They welcomed and served as with utmost care, even took into account whether we have any allergies. Thank you to the chefs also, especially to Chef Vince, for our scrumptious meal. Kudos to the staff and crew of this restaurant. Although it was raining, they made our drive to Napa remarkable and worthwhile.

I booked a quick solo getaway at The Meritage Resort and Spa and had a really relaxing experience overall. I checked in on a Sunday, and it was the perfect time—great weather and not too crowded. The pool was well maintained, and I was able to enjoy both the pool and hot tub in peace, which was exactly what I needed. The Village is a great feature of the resort, with multiple dining options and a spacious outdoor area that’s perfect for summer. I had dinner at Ember Steak and sat at the bar, the staff was amazing and very welcoming. Food highlights: Parker House Rolls wasn't my favorite due to the cheese (my fault, I should have asked to remove the cheese. I’ve had them plain before and they’re amazing). The roasted beet salad was absolutely delicious and a standout. The 16 oz ribeye was cooked well and juicy, but slightly underwhelming for the price $75 À la carte. Overall, a peaceful and enjoyable stay. I would definitely recommend this resort, especially for a relaxing getaway.

Pros: Room was very clean. Bed was comfy and bathroom was beautiful. Breakfast was really great at olive and hay! Highly recommend eating there on the mornings. CONS: Never enough towels at kid pool and dirty ones were all over chairs all day. Granted, a greedy, annoying family had about 3-4 towels per person, so they used them all. But We had to go find and ask someone to replenish the towels, which they did but no one picked up the old ones. Not really any service at the pool and if there was she was only there to pick up her money not the dirty dishes so there was a lot of old trays and trash all over tables and chairs. We had some issues with our final bill at checkout which took almost an hour to resolve. We’d stay again but only if we come across a smokin’ deal.

Went to Olive & Hay for dinner. Wilburt was absolutely phenomenal waiter. The food and wine were amazing but his service put the experience over the top. Highly recommend.

Very warm welcome at the Napa Meritage beginning with the cheerful valet team extending to the thoughtful and helpful front desk staff. Lots going on but lots of space to enjoy the warm environment of the Napa community. Thank you, Timothy!

Great hotel, friendly staff! Timothy was very friendly and helpful at check in gave us all the information we needed! Kids loved the pool!

I really enjoyed my stay. Itwas such a relaxing and comfortable experience overall. Alicia was amazing super knowledgeable and genuinely helpful with everything I needed. She took the time to answer my questions and made me feel taken care of the whole time.

Location and amenities

Upon check in, it appeared that they were out of double queen size bed suites (I reserved well ahead of time of my travel), ended up getting an accessibility suite, with 2 queen beds
