This is not a 4-star hotel by any means, and this is why: - We were on our wedding trip, and the hotel prepared our room with the wedding theme using towels - which was nice, but the moment we started to remove that decoration, we noticed that EVERY towel in the room was dirty, with stains and dirt on it. Even the ones in the bathroom. When we complained and asked for new towels, they looked at us very surprised, and we only got 2 towels, I kept asking to replace all the towels the next day, but we never received all of them back. Even the towels during the week by the cleaning service were dirty.. - As travelers, we had some clothes we wanted to refresh, so we used the in-house laundry service - which was quite expensive as well - however...NOT a single item seemed like it had been actually washed; maybe they were put in water and some soap, but all the dirt was still on it. I'm not saying stains, but a simple daily dirt/dust was still there on every single piece. - Wifi and water cuts during the day - TV: There are 4 channels in very low quality. The TV HOTEL UI is slow and crashes, making the navigation complicated and frustrating. The menus available on the TV are out of date, so when we wanted to order something presented there, we found out there are different menus and prices that we had to ask for at the reception - and we got some printed copies of it. - When ordering food, there was also an additional room service charge not mentioned anywhere before, making it completely useless. - When we arrived, we noticed some guests were trapped in the elevator in the main lobby. - The lobby pillars and windows were covered in bird shit. - We had to pay 70E more than what booking was offering due to surcharges - The transfer service offered by the hotel from Nadi was overpriced. We would appreciate it if the hotel would look into more friendly options - shuttle buses for multiple guests traveling at a reduced price.

I stayed here for the location to the Fiji shark dive shop & the boat ride to the Beqa lagoon resort. The pool and restaurant were very nice. I was not at the resort for very long to really explore around. The bed was very comfortable & the balcony overlooking the harbor was nice.

There were a lot of little bugs & roaches in my room that I was constantly killing. I let the front desk know and they sent house keeping to “clean”. I didn’t notice any bugs for a few hours after they came but at night, they came crawling back out from what seemed like the walls. I did not eat in my room or have any food out. I understand bugs in a tropical location but that many on the second floor in a very nice hotel is not ideal. I was only there for two nights & was only in the room to sleep so I just kept my luggage closed.
