A Equipa Kapievi é incrível. Foram muito prestáveis, em todas as situações. Tive um contratempo com efeitos secundários de uma medicação e eles disponibilizaram-se 24h. Não teve preço. O pequeno almoço era incrível e um momento super relaxante. Todas as áreas do hotel são dignas de qualquer registo fotográfico. As informações que pedimos na receção corresponderam muito às nossas expectativas. Conhecemos o melhor da gastronomia e lugares de Puerto Maldonado com todas as dicas que recebemos. Um paraíso à porta da Amazónia. <3

Dla mnie jest to bardzo dobre rozwiązanie jeśli chcesz się czuć jak w dżungli, ale niekoniecznie chcesz być uzależniony od łodzi. Można łatwo dojechać do miasta i na lotnisko. Hotel jest bardzo ładny i pełen zieleni, można się zrelaksować. Bardzo dobre jedzenie w restauracji. Przemiły i pomocny personel.

The restaurant was amazing, and the lodge offered great amenities, including a pool, breakfast, and the ability to book your excursions through them! We went on the Chunco Macaw clay lick and canopy walk excursions, and both were amazing experiences with great guides. The hotel was even able to accommodate one of the excursions at the last minute.

Hotel management went into our room without letting us know in advance to clean and turn off our AC, and a heads up or option for a do-not-disturb sign would be appreciated

Es una experiencia chula .La habitación super cómoda y espaciosa .El personal atento y siempre colaborador .Tienen piscina para relajarte y el después rico y abundante.

Tal vez el hecho de que quede algo alejado del centro de la ciudad .Pero el personal del hotel siempre te facilitaba taxis

The room was great, clean, staff kind and helpful.

The pity that one evening was not possible to order dinner from menu - but they offered only pizza - which was really tasty. Location is a little bit further, need taxi always.
