Kapievi Ecovillage

Bon hôtel avec de belles chambres. La dame de la réception était très bien et très sympathique.

Nous avions une chambre derrière la réception, on entend fortement le passage des véhicules sur la route ( vous n’êtes pas dans la forêt ) Un peu éloigné de tout pour les activités (celles proposées sur place sont d’ailleurs un peu chères) mais bien pour 1 nuit. Le service petit déjeuner et dîner est à revoir. Pas de choix au petit déjeuner, (un yaourt avec des fruits frais, 2 rondelles de tomates avec deux carrés de fromage, de l’avocat, et une petite portion d’œuf brouillé le tout servis avec du pain local.) très compliqué quand une personne n’aime pas ou si quelqu’un est allergique car ils ne veulent rien donner d’autre…. De plus le personnel ne comprend pas quand on lui parle. Nous avons reçu des plats complètement froids au dîner (alors que les prix sont assez onéreux pour la région).

The food was excellent and the staff are incredible, any inconvenience they had covered in an instant. 2 examples: 1, A tour I booked cancelled on me last minute, I enquired at reception as I discovered they arrange tours - new tour sorted in no time! 2, They give you what’s app number for communication, we were in the city and couldn’t get a taxi, quick text to Kapeivi taxi there in 2 minutes flat!

Our room smelled damp even with ventilation which was off putting but I’m not sure anything could be done about to be honest due to changes in the weather, the floor was also lacquered with something that literally made your feet stick to it!! The decking at the pool needs serious attention.

El lugar es hemoso! Tiene la mezcla justa entre comodidad y contacto con la Naturaleza. Destacamos la cordialidad del personal en especial Almendra, siempre atentos a todas nueastras necesidades. La pileta es un sueño y tiene amplio horario.

Nosotros fuimos a inicio de mayo-26 y nos enteramos al llegar que estaban con refacciones por lo que el restaurant solo abria a la noche. Entendemos que esta limitacion es temporal. La carta del restorant puede ampliarse.

The property is very clean and it has a very nice garden with big trees, orchids and cats :) the property is in the city but further away, which is both good (no noise, more jungle) and bad (for everything one needs a taxi, it’s full of stray dogs and quite disturbing around). One day there was a water shortage, but the property brought us tanks with water to use, so they managed the crisis perfectly. Very nice staff members, very helpful and very kind. The dinner menu was very well thought and delicious.

The pool was with a murky water when we wanted to try it, so we couldn’t enjoy it; the food was only available for diner, no lunch, although we got lunch boxes from the travel companies; the breakfast was good but limited, and started late in the day, i.e. 7:30 am but for people with jet lag there was no way to get a coffee earlier than that. Everything in Puerto Maldonado was very expensive, and we felt a bit robbed by locals for only wanting to experience the jungle for 2 days. The experiences were rather constructed for tourists, so at the end of our stay we cannot say that we were truly into the jungle.

Questo posto è davvero meraviglioso, le foto corrispondono alla realtà, il ristorante è molto buono sebbene le porzioni possano risultare un po' piccole. Il personale molto gentile

Alper pranzo non hanno nessuna opzione da offrire. Dato che fuori dal resort non c'è molto da fare, potrebbero almeno offrire degli snack o delle empanadas a pagamento.

Man hat das Gefühl, man hat sein Zimmer direkt im Dschungel. Die ganze Hotelanlage ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, auch wenn das ein oder andere Gebäude eine kleine Renovierung bedarf. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und sind auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen. Das Hotel Restaurant war nicht im Preis inbegriffen, hat aber eine sehr leckere Küche.

L'endroit est charmant, presque dans la jungle, la piscine, le bungalow était spacieux et bien équipé. Un accueil chaleureux nous a été fait. L'équipe était au petit soin.

Tout était parfait avec un bonnetière déjeuné. Merci au responsable d'équipe....
