The stay was amazing and the staff were exceptional, so very helpful, the room was great and breakfast was amazing.

Maybe covered walkways, as it was raining when we were there, but that would be it.

De kamer, de airco, de badkamer en de staff.

Het restaurant werd verbouwd en dit is ons niet van de voren verteld, ook niet een paar dagen geleden toen wij hier de eerste keer waren voordat wij naar onze Amazone tour gingen. Dit betekende dat wij niet konden lunchen en geen enkele vorm van compensatie kregen. Dat was jammer.

"Ideale plek in Puerto Maldonado"

Dit resort ligt wat buiten het centrum en is dan ook rustig gelegen met een mooie tuin. De bungalows zijn ruim en comfortabel. Heerlijk om na te genieten van de dagen in het regenwoud.

Clean reception kind and helpful.

Never got towels . The waiter at breakfast not effective and slow considering little tables and didn't seem overly happy. Had a party next door engaged reception they didnt respond till the next day.
