Great friendly serviceminded staff! Speak excellent English. Great jungle vibes and garden feeling. Nice large balcony, mosquito nets at the doors. The 1 öbed room I stayed 3 nights had an amazing dreamy bed!! I stayed 1 more night in a room with 2 beds and beds were slightly less comfy. Memory foam pillows, Slept like a baby! Atmosphere is great. Staff get you a taxi when needed in no-time. Cute dog and cats around. Food at the restaurant is very inspired and unusual. The loungemusic makes it youthful and gives slight Dubai vibes.

The material on the floors is supersticky, when i lift my foot my flipflop got stuck on it and broke. My sneakers also stuck. Its like light glue. Both rooms had the same issue. Don’t bring expensive shoes. The staff are aware and said it happened before. The pool deck needs maintenance. The restaurant area has strong incense smell. The reception lounge music can be heard to the rooms; the terraces face the reception with some palms etc in between. The breakfast is the same every day, standard plate served to the table.

The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. The pool is lovely and quiet and the rooms are done to such a high standard.

Our whole stay was so lovely. Shout out to Javier who was the friendliest, most helpful person I've met in a long time. My husband and I stayed in a king suite, which looked exactly like the photos. The suite had AC and a beautiful porch. The food at their restaurant was delicious and a good deal. We were worried about being stuck outside of town with a bad hotel restaurant, but after our first meal there we chose to eat there for most of our meals. Staff goes above and beyond to try and help you with everything, even arranging a taxi for us back to the hotel when we were in town.

The pool looks like it needs some help, especially the decking. The planks are very uneven and move around a lot, making it feel unsafe. Though the restaurant is delicious, they are a bit slow and could have a little more variety. Don't eat there if you are in a time crunch.

Un excelente lodge para desconectar, sin descuidar la experiencia luxury que brindan. Es un lugar muy bonito. La decoración y los detalles en las instalaciones e incluso en la comida le dan un toque muy elegante mientras disfrutas de la naturaleza.

Hay que tomar en cuenta que, al estar alejado de la ciudad, hay que conseguir movilidad para los tours, que generalmente parten del centro.
