Homewood Suites by Hilton Ontario Rancho Cucamonga

We loved the free breakfasts every morning. They had a great variety and were delicious. We used the pool every day and had fresh towels

The carpet, towels, mattress and bed skirt had stains on them. In the bathroom it looked like an animal ate some of the bottom of the cabinet. When the AC came on it sounded like it was not working properly as it had a very loud sound to it. We have stayed at Homewood Suites before and this is by far the worse one yet!! When we needed more towels, we had to go all the way down to get them. No customer service at all!

Everything was perfect.it’s always perfect when I stay here. The hotel staff is very friendly. They are always there when you questions and or concerns. They have a basketball court if want to shoot some hoops.

I was not impressed with customer service nor the accomodations. Several times we placed full trash bags outside our room and they werent picked up until the following day. There were no food trays to carry food back to your room for the whole family. There was only 1 luggage cart in the whole hotel. Signage is misleading throughout the pproperty. Signage by the breakfast area states that light food and drinks will be served Mon-Thurs. evenings. When I inquired, front desk said it was only available on Wednesdays. I called to get more towels to our room. Front desk we'll be right up, no one came. Several times I had to get our room keys recoded because they didnt work. Handicap parking is only on 1 side of the building.

I will not stay on this property again. To many things wrong with the property: bedroom ceiling fan about to fall sofa sleeper pull out had broken steel bar, could not use. pool had hair balls floating around, could not use bathroom towel had a pubic hair in bedded in towel.

housekeepers always were nice to us as we walked by. The breakfast was good. Location was perfect for what we were in town for.

Checking in reception seemed annoyed, we asked for a luggage cart, waited 30 min then decided to carry all the baby stuff and bags up and as we walked by we saw the cart had been sitting there the whole time, the reception we talking amongst themselves to even notice. We had a suite that would fit my whole family and when we walked in there were three pillow. I called to ask for two more so every one has one and they gave us 1 and again with attitude. On day of leaving we called down 6 times to ask for a luggage rack. When I walked down there the receptionists were in there back room laughing and chatting I heard the phone ring the whole time I stood there. FinAlly a very nice housekeeper saw me got the luggage rack and I was on my way. Any interaction with reception we felt annoying, they were far from hospitable.

It started off nice the plumbing was terrible the mangers did give me a discount and move to another which had the same plumbing issue with the toilet finally after I paid to up grade my self to a - room suite I had know issue after changing into my 3 rd room good luck guys hope your toilet doesn’t over flow and manage does nothing about o yeah the second room had piss stains at the bottom of the toilet that manager never sent any body to clean had to do it myself

Nice enough staff and clean spaces, though I would have appreciated hand sanitizer at the counter and breakfast bar. Convenient location for access to Palm Springs and Pasadena. However, hotel is dated and worn. It's good that it's scheduled for a remodel.

Location of the hotel is very convenient. All staff is very polite and helpful. Room size is more then enough. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is standard but there are not of fresh vegetables at all. It is very sad. Some furniture in the room could be refreshed.
