"Exceptional"

Nice area with lots of shopping and restaurants near by. I really enjoy staying here. I can get a room with a kitchen if I want to cook. It's clean and the staff are always friendly. I stay here once a year when I come to visit in Dec.

"Hotel is the worst for one of Hiltons."

The location is far away from Los Angeles. It takes min 1-2 hrs in day time to reach any place in Los Angeles. Second thing is that sofa beds or extra beds are terrible. We request another bad and it is same again. They are not comfortable. I give 1 only for beds. Breakfast was average.

I had reserved my stay one month in advanced. The day of check in I was told my room had a leak and wasnโ€™t able to stay there. My room was a suite for 7 people with a kitchen. To make up they reserved me a room with their sister at Hilton garden. All they did for me is give me one room with one King bed. I complained and they gave me another king size room where there was not enough room for my family. That was the best they could do for us.

"Would book again"

Nice location, we got a suite it was like a mini apartment with a full size fridge and kitchen. Comfortable and quiet.

There were a couple of things in the room that werenโ€™t clean but over all a nice stay.

Great airconditioned hotel, even on the top floor. An upcoming refurbishment might even make it better, though currently is a nice stay. Good scheduled breakfast and outdoor BBQ terras. Safe and sufficient surrounding parking. Nearby Miils shopping center etc.

"Great Visit"

Staff was very attentive. Hotel was kept clean and neat. There were lots of food options near the hotel's location. The amenities were cool. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for business or pleasure!!
