Рекомендую при таком интернете, сделать меню в ресторане на бумаге, по куар коду все очень медленно загружается, и нет никакого желания ждать. В итоге, уехали ужинать в другой отель. Я понимаю, что несезон, и работникам не очень хочется возиться, но лучше бы не работали вообще. Отдыхали в марте, все вымершее, хотя на соседней улице все работало. Очень плохая шумоизоляция, в два часа ночи кто-то хлопал дверьми и шумел в соседнем номере, и почему-то было впечатление, что это не гости отеля… В общем, в несезон абсолютно не рекомендую этот отель

Un hôtel qui mérite largement ses 5 étoiles. Nous avions demandé à être dans deux chambres non loin l’une de l’autre, et cela a été respecté ! Nous avons même été surclassés, pour notre plus grand bonheur. Notre chambre, très spacieuse, était dotée d’une superbe terrasse avec vue sur la mer. Au sein même de l’hôtel, plusieurs équipements permettent de passer un agréable séjour, sans forcément sortir de l’hôtel (piscine intérieure chauffée et piscine extérieure, jacuzzi, spa, salle de sport, salle de « jeux » et même une mosquée ce qui est très pratique.

L’accueil est à revoir. Nous avons trouvé le personnel très froid. À l’exception du serveur Abdoulaye et d’un autre serveur dont je ne me souviens plus le prénom (il avait les yeux bleus) qui ont été d’une gentillesse sans nom, les autres membres du personnel ne sont pas du tout souriants. Même remarque pour le personnel du SPA/piscine hormis une femme nommée Sharkla qui nous a très bien accueillis et qui a été fort sympathique et souriante avec nous et avec nos enfants, les autres ont été très froids avec nous. C’est dommage qu’un hôtel de ce standing perde des points à cause de l’accueil très froid de la majorité des membres du personnel. Mille mercis à Abdoulaye et Sharkla, ainsi qu’au serveur du restaurant aux yeux bleus😉

Room was lovely but would’ve liked a double bed rather than single beds. Food was very good but would’ve liked more nuts and bigger choices of fruits but that’s just my preference. Really loved my balcony/terrace .

No robes or iron in the room and I expected the mini bar to be included in the all inclusive as it was rated as a 5 star hotel but it wasn’t.

The hotel maintained a good standard. The food and the beach were very beautiful. The staff at the beach café and in the main dining hall were very helpful and kind.

The staff at the reception were not very helpful. Many of them were short in their responses when I asked questions, rolled their eyes, and generally seemed irritated. The same was true for the bar next to the reception. When I arrived, I was not given any information about the facilities or opening hours. When I was checking out, they asked me to pay for my stay again, even though I had already paid in full through booking.com. When I pointed that out, they didn’t argue, which made it feel like they were trying to take advantage of me. Unfortunate that the reception and bar makes the overall experience bad.

Location, staff

The hotel is old and in desperate need of full renovation. Also, some rooms are located across the street outside the hotel. This should be clearly mentioned and advertise online.
