При заезде персонал был грубоват на ресепшене,по заезду в номер,номера чистые но интерьер старый,WiFi работает очень плохо поэтому желательно закупиться сим картой при заезде в отель.Еда неплохая но количество еды не хватает на всех гостей,приходится стоять и ждать с тарелкой в руках в очереди что странно для 5 звездного отеля.Море хорошее,пляж чистый и виды прекрасные,одно из единственных преимуществ этого отеля,шоу программы скучные и предназначенные для местных гостей.Предупреждение,при заезде мини бар был платным что очень странно для 5 звездного отеля.Персонал работает медленно,недостаточно сотрудников.У нас был инцидент был с охраной отеля,так как нету супермаркета мы заказали чипсы через онлайн магазин в итоге произошла ситуация где сотрудники отеля не дали нам взять наш заказ с собой,заказали мы чипсы и кое какие вещи для личного использования так как отель не предоставляет маркет где мы можем это купить в итоге сотрудники начали с нами разборки так как мы заказали вне отеля,особенно охрана была грубой и мы не представляем как туристы могут приезжать и не покупать гостинцы домой,так как отель придирается к таким вещам.В целом отелю можно дать максимум 4 звезд ,так как 5 звезд он не заслуживает,отель под уставший нуждается в ренноваций и другие остальные минусы мы перечислили.Если вы летите чисто из-за пляжа из-за видов можете выбрать этот отель но для семейного отдыха и если вы рассчитывайте на 5 звездный отель то не рассчитывайте на Azka Hotel
