Fruit flies and cleanliness of room

About a week before our stay, I secured early check in for an added fee, because we had an event to attend that started before check in time. When we arrived for check in, we were denied our room stating there were non available. When asked how long it would be, the hotel staff could not provide a time. We were also denied a bathroom to use so we could change into our event clothes, so we had to change at the event center. It then took them SEVERAL HOURS to answer the phone when we attempted to call them regarding the reservation. Then when we finally got our room at 11 pm, I went to use the shower only to find that the shampoo and body soap were both empty. They did give us a 10% refund. Don’t stay here if you want to have your room on time, or if you like good customer service, because they just can’t seem to figure it out.

Came here on a whim and had some fun. Water park is small, but great for young ones!

No night stand or outlets on left side of the bed was a pain. The log headboard was uncomfortable.

Disgusting dirty carpet and rooms, bad toilet that ran 24/7 they agreed to refund $319 and a month later and 12 phone calls still do not have it, they have lied and now stole my money! this place is fraud

The property is slightly dated but overall in good condition. The staff was very pleasant. The rooms are larger than most traditional hotel rooms. The breakfast is typical not warm eggs, potatoes and sausage.

Liked how the room had a living area opposite of the beds
