Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout. The facility was clean. The location was central to the wedding activities we were attending.

*We booked our room through a 3rd party, but we're not informed in the booking that it was a handicapped accessible room. As a nurse, I don't like to stay in those rooms in case someone who needs it books last minute. *Our room (#323) has zero view. It looks out onto another building wall and a very full pine tree. *The king bed mattress was like sleeping in a hammock, and not in a good way. It needs to be replaced. *The included breakfasts were okay, and 1 dinner in the restaurant was fair but overcooked.

This is our second time staying here and we will be coming back every year! We come to watch my best friend and her husband race at Brainerd International. The only complaint was when we went down for breakfast, we still had about 10 minutes before it ended but they were cleaning it out and unplugged the waffle maker in the middle of making a waffle, they took the syrup and utensils away while it was clear we were still getting our breakfast. Other than that, it was perfect!!
