We had a terrific vacation here in Fiji. All the staff is great from assisting with a y issues, getting transportation for our day excursions, and any questions. Mika was great on assisting us with any question we may have had.

"Dont do it until they fix it up."

staff where nice. nice being on the beach.

This hotel is NOT a 5 star. Barely 4 star. The lobby is appalling. Our 'garden' room was dark damp facing onto a construction site. The maintenance and look of building and facilities is terrible. peeling paint. ripped cushions. rubbish everywhere. YET you pay the same as Sheraton and Sofitel. total bollocks. I have stayed at 7 hotels in fiji and 100+ 5-star hotels around the world. Local staff say it is run down because the local indian owners famously will not spend like other hotels.

"Totally Amazing"

My wife and l would love to thank all the staff, from receptionist, bar staff restaurant staff and everyone else who made our stay awesome. Everyone was so friendly always smiling putting a smile on our faces. Our room was amazing what the housekeepers did leaving flowers and making up items on our bed such as bula made out of leaves and other kind gestures was amazing. The hotel was very clean and great a lot of effort is put in by so many to make it just amazing place to stay. Getting to the hotel from the airport was great the driver we had was really nice very polite and gave us so much ideas to do on our stay. The surrounding area around the hotel was amazing so many views the marina was awesome. At night it was a very peaceful and in the early morning very relaxing and enjoyable. The overall experience we had will have my wife and l going back again. Love the people love country, people need to go and visit.
