Hilton Fiji Beach Resort and Spa

Wow what a fantastic resort everything exceeded our expectations.From check in to our spacious room the 9 swimming pools the restaurants and the deli the massage the Bulla bus which would transport you from one end of the resort to the other . All the staff were very professional polite and very friendly and really caring as I used the bus a lot .Suitable for all ages and families.Definitely recommend to stay at the Hilton spa at Denauru Island 🏝️

The breakfast was fantastic and friendly Fijian staff

Our room was interconnecting with another so was noisy. The one phone charger had sparks coming out of it. Not value for money

The resort itself is beautiful, particularly the beachfront setting and overall atmosphere. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet selection and appreciated the family-friendly facilities throughout the resort. The location in Denarau was convenient, and we loved being able to visit nearby resorts and restaurants. One highlight of the trip was dining next door at the Sofitel. The hospitality there was exceptional, with warm and attentive staff, fast service and delicious food. We returned a second time because the experience was so enjoyable, and the staff even remembered us when we came back. That level of service was what we had hoped for throughout our stay at the Hilton.

Unfortunately, there were repeated issues during our stay that made the experience feel disappointing for the price paid. Our bathtub plug did not work properly and despite reporting it multiple times across two days, it was never fixed. We also requested a corkscrew to the room which never arrived, and eventually had to collect one from reception ourselves. The biggest let down was our experience at the Thai restaurant. We initially asked for a kids menu which never arrived, so we ended up choosing the set menu instead. The entrees took around 45 minutes to arrive and were stone cold when they came out. The serving sizes were also extremely small and did not match how the set menu was described, we were expecting small sharing style plates but each person received half a rice paper roll, one tiny chicken skewer and one dumpling for entree. We ordered a bottle of wine, only to be told much later it was unavailable. After choosing a second bottle, it took another 30 minutes for staff to tell us that one was also unavailable. By that stage, it had been around 40 minutes since our original wine order. To make matters worse, my husband had organised a special birthday cake and handed it to the host when we arrived. When dessert came out, there was confusion and the wrong cake was brought to the table. Throughout the evening, staff rarely checked on us, and when our daughter became hungry, I had to get up and ask for basic snacks myself. The overall service and food quality simply did not justify the very expensive bill. The kids club was another disappointment. We booked a nanny for two hours so we could enjoy a sunset date night. When we checked on our daughter 45 minutes in, she was sitting in the movie room watching TV. When we returned later to pick her up, she was still watching TV. We had expected a more engaging and interactive experience particularly for a paid service. We also felt the room description was misleading.

This hotel is completely disorganised with a receptjon full of guests who have a problem and because of the incompetence of the staff, nothing gets resolved! My friends arrived with me only to be told their expensive suite was not available and they had to stay in an inferior room for the night. They sat by the pool the next day, roomless, waiting for a room. No call came and no room came without a dispute. A $100 voucher to apologise was not adequate. Service, even by Fiji standard, is slow or non existent. Forget ice or refills for the coffee and tea. I have a studio room which wasnt cleaned for 2 days. Rooms old and tired for the price. Service is horrendous. But reception staff and Manager have literally no idea whats going on or how to sort out a problem.....and there are a lot. Happy with this is we paid half the price, but at the price, absolutely terrible. Ruined out holiday.

Very friendly and helpful staff. the main pool is great you're far enough away from the main dining areas to be comfortable to lounge by the pool.

The workmanship in the rooms could be improved. Very Mouldy windows in the showers aren't ideal. Very small gym so run out of equipment and space very quickly.

The Hilton had everything perfectly located. Had many activities you could do through the hotel such as Snorkeling, Jet ski and day cruise. Furthermore it was also very relaxing it had the best of both worlds. We loved our stay at the Hilton Fiji Beach Resort.

Very nice, well kept room. Staff were consistently friendly and professional. Resort well kept.

Very minor and no impact on stay but I'd suggest ensuring kettles are plugged in at the concealed kitchen part of the room as I was unable to physically get the plug in through the hole in the surface.
