Good location, didn’t feel crowded, staff were lovely. Kids under 3 ate for free

Areas were falling apart, tiles in the pool were breaking off as you swam. There is also no bathrooms around the main pool to go to the toilet, the only toilet I found was the restaurant toilet, our room was at the other end of the resort so it was a long walk back to use the rest room. There should be facilities near the pool. Property was dated and dirty, our room was very dusty. Poor portacot options for a place that caters for children. The portacot was moldy, we asked at the front desk for another option but they said there wasn’t one. There were holes in all the cushions on the furniture. Bathroom was an odd layout, no where to hang our wet towels. We had a private pool connected to our suite, the wood around the loungers were rotting with exposed screws. The place is really run down and hasn’t been maintained

I liked the choice of pools and there were plenty of sunbeds. It was good that these couldn’t be reserved by people not using them. Having the different restaurants was great, especially the adults only restaurant. Staff were friendly & helpful.

The constant piped music around the pool was very annoying. You couldn’t escape it. Our room had a number of issues: the air conditioner was noisey, the door on the tv cabinet was broken, there was a burn mark on the daybed in the room from an iron with a hole in it. There were 2 stain marks on the doona cover. I found having the light switches on the side of the headboard very inaccessible & difficult to read which switch for which light in the room. There wasn’t an obvious switch to turn the exhaust fan on over the toilet which allowed any unpleasant odors to linger.

Located in Denerau close to the Marina was excellent for tours, proximity to airport and other attractions.The resort was not crowded and we enjoyed our time there, especially the swimming pools, so clean, plenty of day beds and there were some activities, we found it lacking a little in atmosphere when the activity was finished so was the music. It was easy to order food and drinks by the pool , the staff were all friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We ate at all their restaurants on site, all were good. The rooms were equipped with all the essentials, a bit outdated, beds were uncomfortable, in our room we only had 1 chair, so 1 person can sit comfortably and the other had a choice of the bed or a low sofa with no backrest to watch tv or have a cuppa. Trying to find the correct light switch was hilarious. Our son’s apartment had a water leak in the 2nd bathroom, it took 3 days for them to acknowledge it when it finally flooded down the hallway and they had to be moved.Improvement in the management of guests with their accommodations is needed. Overall we enjoyed our stay as the staff and the ambiance of the resort was great.
