Staff were great, facilities and adults only area was great too

Not enough pool towels, went to lunch at restaurant one day with no towel dripping water everywhere

Accommodating. Staff are amazing. Food was fantastic we preferred eating at the hotel than anywhere else.

'Bula' to the Hilton Staff! We stayed there in September 2025 and have just booked again for this August. Can't wait to get there. The staff are all so friendly, made us feel so welcome and relaxed the moment we arrived, especially we fell in love with the bar staff and the band who kept the music coming so the dancing didnt stop. Cannot wait to get there to see Josef, Lorraine, the 2 Mere's, Jerry, Big Joe, Willi our cart driver, Dave the gardener, and so so many more. The resort is wonderful, perfectly positioned with the use of the Bula Bus right at the door, the staff are so helpful, nothing was ever a problem, the pools so relaxing, meals were amazing everyday without fail. Can not wait to hear the big shouts of 'Bula' every day. 'Vinaka' to your all

On arrival they said our booking was cancelled even though it still said confirmed through booking.com. She then abused me and argued with me and then when I asked to speak to manager they kept telling me there wasn’t one. They then put me in another room and tried to charge me 2500 for a shoe box

Our daughter's wedding 20th May 2026 was the most beautiful, magical setting we could have imagined for her. Our beautiful rooms x 7 were mostly located within easy walking distance to the stylish and elegant wedding setting, the staff were attentive, the wedding dinner was exceptional and venue surpassed our expectations

I didn't like the myna birds in and around the dining area. appear to have lice by their endless scratching. we continued our holiday at Plantation Island and while their resort facilities were sadly lacking in luxury, they did have bird netting around the eating areas in the buffet so the birds couldnt gain access to the tables

Our beach front suite was beautiful, very spacious and clean. Well equipped kitchen except frypan was badly gouged but the staff kindly replaced it. The grounds are poorly kept, lack a lush tropical atmosphere along with bad paving. Outside pagodas are rusty and unsightly. Entry to the villas are dirty, paintwork is neglected.

Our ocean front suite , lovely ambiance,spacious and luxurious bathroom, elegant decor and cleanliness. The cleaners were very lovely placing beautiful flowers throughout.

I would like to raise a concern regarding my recent experience with your reservations team, particularly with staff members Orisi, Jone, and Joana. During my interaction, I found the service to be unprofessional. Calls were repeatedly placed on hold for long periods without proper updates. On some occasions, the calls were disconnected, which made it very difficult to complete my inquiry. This caused frustration and raised concerns about the reliability and trustworthiness of the service. As a customer, I expect timely communication, courtesy, and efficiency. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations, and it has affected my confidence in the service provided. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and appropriate improvements are made to ensure better customer service in the future.
