My friends were there one night before transferring to me next door, perfect spot for them

Large room, soft beds, chocolates left on pillows at night, quality of food and choice for breakfast, very friendly staff, well maintained gardens and lawns, all rooms had sea views, the Bula Express

Construction work, small water slides, no bathrooms close to pool other than in Kuru restaurant, lots of loose or broken handles and draws in room, old dirty drains in bathroom, service at Koro restaurant., no sunbeds and umbrella between room and the beach in front of our room when there were plenty in front of other rooms

Would not recommend this hotel for value for money and experience. The hotel is very tired and feedback given on services was not acknowledged nor acted on. Really disappointing experience.

we bought the room and half board package. Worked well as we wanted a relaxing short stay holiday.

a number of the rooms / buildings around us were looking pretty run down and showing signs of age and wear and tear. In general terms many of these rooms / villas are in need of an refresh.

Spent 5 nights in a 1 Bdrm Beachfront W/kitchenette and Laundry - room 205. The room was centrally located to the restaurants/pools/reception/gift shops. With a fantastic view of the ocean. The room was up two flights of stairs but these were manageable. We were missing towels and face cloths on arrival but these were delivered promptly when asked for. Also one of the kitchen cupboards came off the latch, again this was fixed promptly. The room and staff were great. One point to note is there is refurbishment underway and our room was located right next to the area. There was quite alot of building noise from 8am-5pm which impacted sitting on the balcony. The restaurants were abit hit and miss, the Asian restaurant was lovely. The main restaurant Nuku was great for breakfast but dinner was fairly average. On our last night we were overcharged, so it is best to check the bill carefully. The entertainment at Nuku was a warm welcome and alot of fun. One additional bonus is if flying Fiji Air, you can fully check into your flight at the hotel, and your bags will be delivered directly to the aircraft, making the airport navigation alot quicker. The downside is bags need to be checked in by 5.30am (which was fine for us as we were on a 8am flight). Overall a great stay, staff were welcoming and room 205 was well located and comfortable.

Fantastic stay, what sets this place apart is the most amazing staff, they offer the very best service and always with a friendly smile. The buffet breakfast was also fantastic.

A bit of a rocky start to the holiday, however, the staff went out of their way to make our stay absolutely fabulous. Fiji first timers, we can't fault it. Denarau Island is a great location and beautifully kept, with views to die for. This suits couples, families and people of all ages. Plenty going on, and lots to do. Room service is excellent, the staff at all restaurants are really attentive. Even Adi captured a moment to take our photo that we might have missed. Keep it up everyone, you are doing a great job.
