Enjoyed the quietness of the hotel.

Staff was helpful and polite. Rooms and all were clean. Like the continental breakfast.

The fact that pool and spa were closed for repair. Both times driving to the hotel you can't see the driveway entrance till you pass it. Shower had a hard time draining the water out after a shower/bath.

Great place to stay as a family, very accommodating and friendly staff. Also close to many restaurants within walking distance and seven minutes from the jelly belly factory as well as approximately 12 minutes from Six Flags. Great continental breakfast in the morning and constantly being refreshed. Pool was quiet and clean. Some of the hotel is worn and needs a little updating but overall a good stay.

Despite repeated requests, and agreement by the desk to service our room, no one serviced our room. Each day we had to walk to the desk for towels. Trash was never taken out. Soap, shampoo, body wash ran out and again, despite requests, no one came. They wouldn’t even discount the room rate despite this repeated lack of service!!

Stay at motel 6 instead. At least they are hygienic. Staff was great and I did not want to bother them as it may not be their fault so how do I directly get the attention of the business owners? Reviews. I cannot believe the room I was “accommodated” in was even in service. It was gross, unsanitary and I stayed out of necessity. I’m starting to learn more about the hotel industry. Business owners rely on the Marriott brand and are suckered into unreasonable franchise fees. I understand the need to operate with low overhead to make a buck in this market. With that, it looks like corners are being cut, or in this case covered up or ignored entirely. You took a calculated risk in selling this room, I was a sucker for staying in it. Now here is me showing the public my experience and what they might be in for. Reviews and your replies on the Marriott app show that time and time again you state that poor and honest guest experiences are below your operational expectations yet they are so often its almost as if theres nothing you can do about it.

The bathroom was dirty and moldy

The electric was out. Ill review once I receive my refund.

I reserve this property because it has hot tub but it wasn’t working :(
