Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fairfield Napa Valley Area

Rooms were fine - nothing spectacular. My parents couldn't get the TV/remote to work and the staff couldn't solve it. We had some issues getting the room cleaned - we were told they were understaffed. There were food crumbs down the hallway that didn't get cleaned up in the four days we were there. the King extended suite is pretty spacious. the showers are pretty small. The breakfast option in the lobby was actually pretty good. Access to highway 80 is quick and easy. there are several good food options within walking distance of the hotel which was convenient.

No Jacuzzi, they remove it, and it is still showing on the amenities, pool is not heated, I asked at the time of check in, and they said it was, well it's not. The room above us that a lot of people and they were stumping, running, jumping all night, to the point that our room walls were shaking, I reported several times, and nothing was done by the staff, we couldn't sleep at all.

Manager very inconsiderate after refusing to issue refund at check in after hot tub closure and broken pool water heater not disclosed. My 5 yr old’s excitement to use pool matters. We scrambled to rebook but charged $40 above what my app stated would be the cost and charges posted at my bank. So far no refund and manager did not apologize just gave dirty looks while front desk explained no refund policy despite their false ad about heated pool and hot tub.

The size of the room was nice

There were ants in the bathroom and maybe elsewhere, also the pool was freezing and the jacuzzi didn't work.

We did not get the room we reserved, we were placed in a room designated for handicapped access, we did not have the sofa / pullout bed and the bathroom had very very minimal counter space. Also, the neighboring room occupants were smoking large quantities of marijuana.
