"Dissapointed whole experience was meh' waste of money as I wanted to enjoy pool and hot tub!!"

No hot tub, pool area unkempt. Pool water was pretty cold.

Hot tub was not working. We had to switch rooms four times due to the top not draining in the first one, then the fridge was leaking in the second one, and someone had been smoking in the third one. Ended up with double beds instead of queen beds because there were no other options. I will say the staff was amazing. They did everything they could to help make it right.

The hot tub wasnโ€™t working and the indoor pool water was super cold. Only stayed here to enjoy the hot tub and pool. Did neither.

It smelled like mildew/mold. Spider webs, Cobb webs, and saw at least 4 spiders within 30 min.
