Room amenities- shampoo and soap not in dispenser. Only 1 shower towel for 2 guests. Room not up to a standard of cleanliness. No coffee in the morning at breakfast area.

we checked in Aug 10th Leia was working . Very welcoming and friendly. Best experience we could have had. She is great , Was our 2st anniversary,the hotel is beautiful. Leia made it a stay to remember

Hotel is clean and felt new, which is typical of most Fairfield Inns. Room was great. Breakfast was excellent. Area is great and felt safe. There are a lot of options for food nearby. Overall great experience.

The room was clean and very spacious.

The bathroom light flickered horribly and the wall board just outside the tub had water damage. Also. The shower curtain rod was installed wrong causing the curtain to fall open during the shower. Probably the cause of the water damage mentioned earlier.

I booked a room with 3 beds to accommodate my family of 5 and when I checked in they did not have that room available. The staff acted confused by the situation and offered little support to help.

They do their best to make you feel unwelcome. Check in was at 3pm - we waited 45 minutes. I watched others with reservations be helped as I sat tired with my luggage in the lobby. I finally got up and asked why my room was still not ready and was informed they did not have a room for me - I was prepaid. They grudgingly put us in a โ€œtemporaryโ€ upgrade. Later that evening I spoke to Liz, a different person at the front desk, Liz was WONDERFUL! The only person I came across who was. She made the temporary room permanent for our 5 night stay and apologized for our earlier experience. Evidently, some of the front desk employees treat third party reservations such as Expedia differently than direct bookings. I plan on sending Marriott a letter addressing our experience. Why accept a reservation if you are not going to treat them as a valued customer. Beyond this, breakfast was good, breakfast staff/food workers were very welcoming in general, maintenance is lacking. I do realize this is a 2 Star hotel but they can do better. They did lose a customer.
