"It was ok. Unfortunately the last day experience with the coffee issue was very disappointing"

It was close to the Huntsville tennis center where we had a tournament. Plenty of seating in the lobby to accommodate big groups. The elderly ladies cleaning tables were soooooo kind and nice.

The 4pm check-in ladies were very kind and helpful. But the Saturday 6am staff were not helpful at all. Buffett didnโ€™t start till 7:30 on Saturday. Coffee machine near the desk was broken. I asked for recommendations to get a coffee and she didnโ€™t know. Offered no options to get a cup of coffee. Ie: let me see if the kitchen can get you one real quick. I was willing to pay. Just not helpful at all. Not kind. I also had urine drips on my toilet when I checked into my room.

Im mad because I booked my room a week in advance they took my money a week ago but when j get to the actual hotel they are sold out and have to help me find some where else to sleep
