Parking should be complimentary just due to lack of volume.

Loved the hotel was connected to where we were going

Small nitpick on my side, just wish the water pressure was better in the shower.

I liked the convienence to the venue we were visiting. The breakfast buffet was good.

There was no information inside the room for anything. I expected a welcome book on the table including times of available dining and things like where the ice machine is located, maybe local restaurants in the area. There wasnt even a phone in the room. I got an AI text telling me to scan the QR code on the tv and still, very little information. There was only one tv controller for two tvs. The underside of the lid of the ice bucket was filthy so I had to wash it before use. Gross! The coffee maker had a short in the cord so I had to sit a certain way to work. When I made the reservation, it was supposed to be 186$, but by the time they added taxes plus another $20 to park in THEIR attached parking garage, I was out $366! This is the first time I've ever had to pay to park in the hotels parking area. Absolutely ridiculous! The dining downstairs is way expensive to boot! The only "free" thing was breakfast, which was actually quite good, at least. You would think for the inflated price it would include more information and the rooms would be in pristine condition. This room is not worth more than $150, at best. We will definitely be looking for somewhere else next time.

Clean comfortable room friendly staff and wonderful breakfast

Elevator was down for service we climbed 5 flights of stairs and the parking lot gate malfunction and you couldn't get out of parking lot.

Breakfast, indoor pool and location were great Beds were great, although the pullout couch was just in that’s to be expected

Pool isn’t very deep and gets crowded Fitness center was adequate

The breakfast omelet station was great. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

The parking lot gate did not work with my key card and I needed to call the front desk every time I left or returned. The bathroom in my room fully wasn't cleaned. There was old urine colored stains around the bottom of the toilet. The pool was pretty nasty. The water was cloudy and had a pair of female underwear in it.

The staff and amenities were excellent. Location was perfect for my needs.
