The place needs a lot of repairing They had a very noisy gasoline plan on the whole night that did not allowed us to sleep

Is a hotel built of wood. comfortable. With their breakfast included cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, bread. We were treated very well. In front of the beach with 2 swimming pool

This hotel is exactly what I wanted but may not be for everyone. Stayed in the tree house suite. It had an open floor plan with 2 beds and an open shower (there was a door for the toilet). There were curtains to cover but it was all open and we could hear the ocean the whole time. Our room didn't directly overlook the ocean but it was so close that didn't matter to me, and most of the other rooms did overlook the ocean. I loved my time at this hotel, the staff was great. Our arrival was delayed by a rainstorm and we missed the dinner time but they still made us food when we got there. Very caring staff at a great place with a wonderful view. Just the get away I needed.

we were booked for 3 luxury suites we got one with no air condition and one moved to regular room they cleaned the room once after we asked them to do . what they call breakfast is very poor and the coffee pot is so dirty I could not touch the rooms is miserable the wash rooms rusty and dirty Definitely not recommended

I went with my family to welcome the New Year. The attention was very personalized and the staff very kind, so it was a very different experience in comparison with big resorts. The Manager is very approachable and willing to help us to make the most during our stay.

Everything was fenomenal the staff the food the eco rooms ..Istayed in the new Treehouse suite (i saw the giant penthouse also) great beds, hot water wifi nice exotic decoration..and the view of the beach oh geee what a gorgeous view from every room ..i sipped my mojito passion fruit on my balcony before grilled lobster.. Super clean and all green natural no noise no lines no crowds The 2 pools and jacuzzi you have a jumping board ..just like Tarzan..eco trails and surfing right here ( free surf board) and at el encuentro!

Since you enter the hotel it smells terrible, like if they have issues with plumbing, also the main pool was too dirty with bugs, and the water looked almost green, all around looked unsafe for kids since they had too many things not taken care or in place, not to mention the horrible service from the staff, my reservation was mixed up and they wanted to charge additional for the mistake they made. The rooms they show are not like that in real, it seems in pics you have a kitchenette and living room in your bedroom kind of a mini bucks bungalow but the reality is that is the actual kitchen they use to cook for the guests this hotel is a total scam!!!

Magnificent location and view, staff are very friendly and welcoming , beach is very quite and clean, prices are very reasonable,they have a very nice bar on the beach which is perfect for a nice beach party, i will definitely come back again.

No windows, no fan, no air conditioning, water problems and a construction next door, informations about the hotel not helpful

My stay was incredible! Our was worth every penny & more. The view on the beach was perfect and the staff made me feel right at home. The room was huge and overlooked the pool. Dinner and breakfast were delicious. I recommend it to everyone.
