Any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Непонятная система смены полотенец. Забирают, а взамен только через час или более. На пляже были волны все время в начале января( к отелю отношения не имеет).

eigentlich gar nichts, sehr enttäuscht!

Schmutzig überall! alles abgenutzt teilweise massiv, Personal von a bis z nicht gastfreundlich. Kakarlake war an Kleider im Klriderschrank

"It was a good experience"

The breakfast was ok, the omelet were great.

I was checked into a room that was not cleaned, only the bed was made. The tables, bathroom were all dirty. The other day my room was not cleaned again, i had to call the reception to alert the housekeeping team to come clean it. The hotel is a good place just ensure you up the cleanliness for example, the headboard, beneath the bed n couch, beneath the glass on the tables, all those areas need to be cleaned

Расположение, отель находится прям на пляже, от бассейна сразу выход к океану. Варианты еды на территории, завтрак хороший шведский стол. Магазин в 5 минутах ходьбы. Аптека так же 5 минут. Ежедневная уборка.

В номере если оставить еду или сладкое, очень много муравьев появлялись, они как звери, нападали на еду. Снимали номер с 29.12 до 04.12, заранее узнали у через эмейл и ватсап, входит ли в стоимость номера (если снимать через букинг) новогодний ужин, нам сказали, что входит, при заезде начали требовать заплатить 200€ сверху (100€/человек) за новогодний ужин. Ужин был шведский стол, который, продлился наверное часа два, сам праздник начался в 19:00 , а всю еду убрали уже к 22:00+-, из напитков в эти 100 евро входили только 1 бокал вина или 1 софт дринк (вода или кола), остальное за свой счет. Если есть возможность не брать вам это, то не берите, за эти деньги, можно где нибудь в другом месте, хорошо отметить Новый год.
