"Cold & dirty but we we’re so tired from traveling we slept & moved in & thankfully won’t be back"

Staff was friendly & attentive at check in

Rooms were freezing cold & couldn’t get warm. Bedding had stains there was roaches in bathroom coming up the drain of the tub. We asked for blankets & an extra pillow staff tried but there wasn’t any blankets or pillows available but was given 2 additional duvets. We were so tired from traveling we slept & got up for breakfast where were very disappointed they were out of pastries no cereal or peanut butter for kids &. No Apple juice. We packed up & for out of there as quickly as possible. Having the Wyndham name I was expecting better. I steady it was old & unkept motel 6 or a rent by the hour atmosphere

"If the hotel says they don't have heat go to the next one."

they had an opening the night we needed it. We were traveling

The place was cold. They said the temperature was auto set. It was freezing in the room. We asked for room heaters and after the 3 one it finally worked. We had it going all night. We asked for an extra blanket and they gave us a sheet. Do they not know the difference between a blanket and a sheet???? When we checked out they said they were waiting for a part to be delivered for the heater. To me that was just an accuse. They did not want to pay for heat. Will not stay there again.

"Decent"

Easy on and off I 55.

Facilities were in decent shape. Room felt kinda dirty. Could have been cleaned a lot better. Don’t think the heat worked in room 205. Really didn’t need it though. Price was good. I would stay again
