The location.

It was dirty, roaches everywhere, people loud at 2am, no elevator, room was trifling!!!!!!!! I really hate I had no other place to go.

Staff was friendly. Price was fantastic.

Needs better blankets, a sheet and what feels like a curtain is not the best sleeping. Could be cleaner for sure.

The toilet and shower did not drain well

I liked the price, until it proved that you get what you pay for.

It was so dirty that the first thing, I had to do was wet and use a washcloth to clean the surfaces. There was sticky, gooey crap on the dresser and desk. The floor was filthy. The chair was dangerous - it shot out from under me when I leaned over, and I fell to the floor. I was literally scared to sleep in the bed with how filthy the room was, so I left my stuff in the room and laid down in the backseat of my car, but there were two scary guys drinking beer and smoking by the secondary entry door. They each would take a turn walking 20ft from their position towards the parking lot and stare out for awhile, look at my vehicle, then return to position. Eventually, a women (she looked like a "working" girl) walked out of the parking lot and entered the hotel with the two guys. Then I noticed what looked like some sketchy drug activity in the dark part of the parking lot, close to West corner of the hotel. I had enough! I went back to the room, packed my stuff, and left. As I handed in the room card, the guy looked shocked that I was checking out at 1:30 am. I told him "I can't stay here!". He didn't bother to ask why not. He just said "okay". I left. Drove to the next rest area and got a nap. What an awful experience. Don't stay here.
