The price but I got what I paid for.

Toilet was running, floored needed to be swept, curtain shade & window filthy, half the lights and power outlets didn’t work, tv didn’t work, no elevator, whole building needs to be updated & remodeled.

I booked on the site for 2 adults 3 kids. When I got there he told me only 4 to a rm that he would have to charge me for another rm. So I stated to leave . He said I would not be refunded. So I ended up buying another rm that noone still slept in! And when he gave us the keys to both rms one had a ladder and maintenance tools in it. So we went back to help desk and he gave e us a new key to a rm that wasn't joined thats why we all slept in one rm because if I had to pay for two I wanted them joined. The soda machines were either sold out or gave you a different selection from what you chose and the stopper to the tub didn't work! I was very unsatisfied and it needs to be corrected in the site if you can book 5 and then I got there he tells me the other three had to be one or under. And that I couldn't be refunded. I was very unsatisfied!

I really enjoyed my stay.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke and the only breakfast available was waffles, apples, and bananas.

The room was very cold. We ended up leaving early because we couldn’t stand how cold the room was. When we complained at the front desk at checkout, the man said oh yeah, we have the furnace off. Only the air is on now. So even when you turn the heat on air blows out instead the place is very old and needs to be updated. I will never stay there again.

Room reeked of puke and mildew, bed sheets were dirty, microwave was close to a biohazard, and everything overall was grimy.

There was dried poop on the toilet seat and when I went down and asked if someone could finish cleaning it she said not til morning. They finally did give me another room
