"Excellent"

The property is well located for The Classic Center. Great location for downtown shopping, eating and drinking. However, the homeless people are too pushey. My family and I were approached by the same people more than once. One was roaming the parking deck of the hotel and another was asleep in the stairwell of the parking deck. This is not safe for women and children.

I liked that it was clean. Staff was nice however they initially placed us in someone else’s room. We went in and their things were there. Thankfully the people were not in there and we walked down, let the desk know and they replaced our room with an apology. It just made us quite concerned if that happened often. And made me leery about leaving my things in the room without us.
