Located in downtown Athens so super convenient to shopping, dining and the UGA campus. The staff was friendly and helpful - we had an issue with our room and they were extremely accommodating in putting us in a new room and even provided us with breakfast vouchers. Will definitely stay here again!

Upon arrival, we were told that they had a water main break, and we would have to be put in a different hotel, which was further than where we wanted to be. There was no phone call before hand to let us know that there was a water leak prior to our arrival. We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance of our New Year’s Eve event, and the new hotel was further, which requires us to use an Uber.

"A pleasant stay"

The people there were very courteous, and it was right around the corner from the venue that I was attending. The only real downfall was paying the extra $10 for parking but the parking lot was safe which was a plus.

Staff was excellent. Bar was added plus. Room was large. Comfortable bed. Nice and quiet for a Game weekend. Easy check in. Front desk staff very attentive.

Clean and comfortable stay while in Athens. The oatmeal cookies in the lobby were delicious, and fresh coffee in the morning was appreciated. While the room appeared to be updated with the furnishing, the shower looked a bit outdated with square beige tile. Still, the shower was excellent and did the job. Just didn't match the entire vibe of the cozy/new room.
