Definitely would stay again! Super friendly staff. Clean room.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I did have a problem with the toilet that was not addressed. It was minor.

Front desk young lady was rude. I went in behind my husband to tell him we our rewards members and she rudely cut me off to inform me our loyal membership was not high enough to be concerned with.

Great location in downtown Athens - and check-in was quick and easy!

Entrance is very narrow. When we arrived at 4:30pm one of the room wasn’t cleaned yet. After checking in that room the sheets were wrinkled and one of the towels had hair.

The bed was incredibly uncomfortable. My husband and I both had difficulty sleeping and felt sore the next day. Overall, the hotel was fine, but if you don't get a good night's sleep, it kind of ruins the whole experience.

When we arrived, the room smelled terrible, like wet dog. Eventually we either went noseblind or our comings and goings aired it out. We had an accessible room and there was nowhere near enough lighting, so once the sun went down it became a bit of a dark cave. Dining was only available in the morning, so you had to leave the property to get meals after breakfast. And upon our first steps outside the hotel we were approached 3 separate times by people asking for money, which was unsettling considering we were traveling with children.
