Worst holiday to go on as a family, the food was appalling all flies sitting on the food in the canteen, the rooms was disgusting as I walked on my balcony there was a dead rat I called a worker to come remove it from my balcony and he refused to do it, do not book this holiday.

All staff very nice & friendly. Hotel is in a good location, good activities! Animation team are great! Had a good 10 nights here

This hotel is nothing more than a bad example of what tunsia really has to offer. As a returning couple to this beautiful country where the people are very friendly and the hotels we have stayed in rating from 3 to 5 stars .hsve been excellent. This hotel which is advertised as 4 star is nothing more than a one star. The food is very limited and repetitive and the queuing up like cattle at every servicing with a chef who gave the impression he didn't want to be there. The room after paying to upgrade was nothing short of a tiny closet which was not cleaned and fixures not fixed to the wall safely. Management were not engaging and did not come across in a friendly manner. However some members of the bar staff were brilliant and tried their best to make sure you enjoyed your hoilday and the animamation worked tiredly with minimal resources to engage with hoilday makers. This was a last minute break which we booked two days before setting off and did read some of the reviews. Its a pity about this hotel as lot of people we spoke to said they would not come back to tunisia as it left them with a negative outlook of the country. We will be back to tunsia next year but back to the hotel we really enjoy in port-el-kantaoui. As we said we love Tunisia but seriously this hotels needs to badly reflect on how it delivers to hits customers.

The 1st few days was bad however we made some friends. The animation team were really entertaining especially Pepito who was in our opinion the funniest out of all of them. Alex also made us very welcoming as we met him late into our holiday, he knows how to entertain and get the crowd going. Zico again we met him late into the holiday however he took his time to come and speak to me and my wife and gave us tips on where to eat. Ronaldo was also hospitable and made us feel very welcome and often chatted to us. Overall the animation team were really entertaining. DJ Mbappe plays really good music if you dj and need tunes ask him his collection is good.The bar staff were excellent especially Amir he always looked after us. The food was ok on most days depends what you fancy but go to New Medina to the Rovers Return as they do English food pre book your Sunday Roast. The private beach is a disappointment it was dirty be careful of the Camel guy I nearly got scammed!. The room was really nice and clean everyday our cleaner would clean our room. Overall would we come back yes we would!

Really enjoyed this holiday, was not expecting to do much except chill out , but to my surprise I have throughly had a fabulous time. The staff at this hotel are so friendly & super helpful. They go out of their way to help in whatever way they can. The animation team are absolutely amazing & have made me & my friend smile, laugh & dance , I will definitely be back in fact I am looking to book a solo trip over the winter time . The animation team were absolutely fantastic and made our holiday especially Ziko and Freddie. The others were good too, they all work really hard and very long hours.

My stay at houda Yasmin was great, I really enjoyed my evenings with the animation team, they are very creative and friendly, especially Fredy, Ziko and Pepito. They always organise fun games and shows, really recommend.

Only giving this rating because of the animation team,especially Peptito they are amazing. Rooms are basic.Food and drink not great.Drinks are warm and long queues to get things like omelette, chips,tea and coffee. We ended up eating out on the last 3 nights of our holiday

I rated this 5 star because it is what you pay for it's not a 5 star hotel by any means but the rooms are clean and food is good. Fresh towels in the room everyday.... they do not have beach towels so bring your own or you can get towels from hotel with 20 D deposit and you can change them every day for fresh ones. Food has variety of meat and fish salads rice and potatoes every day.... fresh omelette every morning with fruits cheeses breads etc. Staff are pleasant and look after you. Entertainment crew every day work really hard and are exceptional. On the down side the beach is not the best there are better beaches near by.... they don't serve alcoholic drinks at the beach just a little shack with soft drinks. My tip for this hotel is bring your own cup for your refills there seems to be a big shortage of glasses but they will fill yours for you instead of having a tiny plastic one.

Me and my friend had a fantastic holiday, animation team amazing. Made us feel so welcome, so funny especially Pepito 😂😂
