We went with our friends for our annual winter sun break. Never been to Tunisia but will be returning The Hôtel is absolutely lovely. Staff very friendly, especially Selma & lorenzo the entertainment team. Good choice of food and drink. Only a few minutes to the main shops. Beach literally over the road. Lovely marina. We will definitely be returning
The animation team made our stay so enjoyable. Lorenzo was our favourite as he always had a smile on his face and always put a smile on ours, THE BEST!
I had specific needs here and this hotel met them with ease. I will forever be thankful for this. The staff are incredibly friendly and can’t do enough for you. They are polite, happy, welcoming, and Iv been here 3 times in 7 months to this hotel because I feel safe and at home. They cook turkey (not on the bone) and it’s incredible. There is always so much food you will never be hungry. They try to accommodate to all guests of all nationality’s. There is lasagne, chips, pasta, chicken, pizza, donuts, so much pudding, cereal, freshly baked quassant, coffee is great, there is lots of fish, just everything is great. The beds are comfy and made up daily, fresh towels, bar by the pool, entertainment all day and evening, kids disco etc. The bar staff are amazing, restaurant staff always check if you would like a drink or napkin etc. The communal areas are always clean, if you need anything they will all help you. The rooms aren’t perfect however if you want 5* pay for that. Always hot water, a bath, snacks in the day, water bottles, all staff are polite and neat, and if you tip them they will go even beyond than they do already. They have a low salary so they appreciate the tips massively. The security are great too and they keep an eye on the cats in the garden, it’s actually really sweet. I love it here. Thank you for all you did for me.
Animation team are excellent, especially Salma and Lorenzo. They work tirelessly and spend time getting to know the guests.
Lovely welcome looks lovely downstairs rooms clean need updating found a cockroache in room food not bad but had bad belly for 3 days the pool was lovely cleaned every day entertainment we made our own as we met alot of people as entertainment was terrible staff fantastic Freddie pepito zico we're so welcoming done darts French bowls archery aqua aerobics lots to do in the day went on pirate ship best part was jumping in sea saw dolphins to much banging music went quad biking which was fun it was OK but to many flies everywhere as smell of drains constant
Had a lovely time the animation team is amazing and entertaining all so friendly pool is great would recommend to anyone
Animation team are great! Have been keeping us busy and entertained in the day by the pool with darts, aqua gym, gymnastics and also in the evening with the entertainment program!
