Where to start....we were checked in to.a very small connecting room . After asking for the room we paid for it took me to contact our holiday provider to sort out the issue . The actual hotel is ok. Needs refurbishing but it clean and tidy. The waiting staff. Animation and cleaners make this place, they work so hard and are so friendly and welcoming. The food is terrible. Management rude and ignorant

We are a group of senior ladies, we don’t know each other very well. We booked and paid extra for a room each at this hotel.We arrived late at night and after signing in and paying the tax we were told that they didn’t have our rooms ? They said we could have a large room with two separate connecting rooms just for one night. I asked do we get a room each and a bathroom and was told yes. What we got was a room with a double bed and two singles !!! In the end after much complaining I got to stay in the family room and a room was eventually found for the other lady. I got almost no sleep that night, the air con was making such a loud noise, although it was hot I had to switch it off. In the morning we all asked that our rooms be sorted out. We were told to come to he desk at 10am but we all told the man we were booked onto a tour at 10am and wouldn’t be back until around 6pm When we arrived after our trip we just wanted to go to our rooms and change and shower, but nothing had been done ! It took another two hours to get what we had booked, a room each. The room was o.k. The air con was quiet, it was cleaned every day and new towels, when I hung my bath towel up the rail fell off the wall. I had to go down and ask for shampoo and shower gel. The rooms need maintenance, the food was good except for one night they had a lot of young people for a meeting, I got almost no food that evening and had to eat it with a spoon, no seats no cutlery, big queues for all the food. Most of the staff were lovely. The pool was lovely and clean . On the whole I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

What can I say, this is my second time here and the animation team never disappoints. Ziko and the team are fantastic and make the holiday one to remember Amir who works at the bar is absolutely amazing and never stops working tirelessly

The hole stay was amazing the whole team bar staff cleaning and of course all the animation team shout out to ziko and Ronaldo. The weather is just unreal

We are back for our 5th visit we love the staff always have the best time so well looked after. The animation team are good fun and so helpful friendly 😄

After reading all the reviews about hotels in Tunisia I was sceptical about our visit. An honest opinion, hotel is in need of an update, which I believe is happening this winter. Rooms are dated and to be honest I haven't found a comfortable hotel bed anywhere in the world, so nothing new. Room was adequate for our needs, plenty of toilet roll 😂. If you're looking for a full English at breakfast forget it, but they do have an omelette station which was really nice, you can ask for fried egg If you wish. Always found something to eat. Lots of salad (which i love). Food was repetitive but there's a grill serving freshly cooked meat dish as you stand there really nice! The pool toilet is tucked away round the back of the outside eating area. No toilet roll. Yes they do seem to run out of glasses at the bar, bring your own if you wish. Animation team were so good, so friendly, working really hard to get everyone involved. Activities going on all day, water aerobics, darts, archery and some random silly games on pool side which were fab, especially catching and throwing a balloon full of water with a bed sheet. Lots of sunbeds round the pool so no need to rush in the morning. Left a tip everyday for the lady cleaning our room. She left some lovely petals on our bed one day, extra toilet rolls and towels. A small amount of appreciation goes a long way. Found the "private beach" parasols and sunbeds but no bar, infact you have to take a long walk just to get a bottle of water, so take it with you before you go. Would I go back, probably yes, its been a lovely week,maybe I'd go to a different area next time . Its been a lovely fun, relaxed week . 😀

The entertainment team are fantastic, enthusiastic and friendley and inclusivet. The afternoon activities are excellent.

After a long journey, we arrived at the hotel and our rooms weren’t ready at the time they stated, which we overlooked. We were then treated like dirt by the front desk. It has ruined our time and want to run away far from here!!! If you’re reading this then you should! ISLEM, who works at the front desk is AWFUL and that’s being polite. She belittled us, refused to serve us, looked down on us and treated us like crap all because we were asking questions about the tourist tax. We felt like victims, and whilst speaking in a different language behind our backs, felt racial and uncomfortable. If you can’t be hospitable then don’t work in hospitality!!! It’s as simple as that. On The Beach - remove this place from your list immediately. For future travellers to Tunisia, do not stay here unless you want ISLEM to treat you like disgust!!!!!!!

the animation team is fantastic and very friendly, the food is great and the facilities are very clean. you can exchange money at reception at good rates, the spa treatments are very affordable and the staff as a whole is great
