Close to beach, bars and restaurants. Room clean and comfortable. Pool a little too cold which was a shame, would have been lovely to be able to swim! Food okay, some days better than others but there is a lot of choice! However you do have to pay for drinks between 12-1 even though you've already paid for all inclusive.

Thought the Hotel was in a great position to the prom & all amenities. Lacking in warmth, eg both Dining Room & Bar area were very Spartan. Seating quite uncomfortable, to be sat in for evening, both inside & outside. Rooms while not large were ok for what we required (sleeping in). Food not brilliant (breakfast the best). Staff very pleasant especially cleaning & reception.

Awfulh hotel.it says it's a four stars hotel but when you get there you find out it'sa .Very old three stars.staff not really friendly and they were having a laugh at me.

Only thing I would say is the drinks were not great. But then the food was very good with a good variety.

We were on a very short family holiday. We were all exhausted and were hoping for a relaxing time in the sun. And that's exactly what we got! The rooms are very comfortable, clean and quiet, with a balcony overlooking the swimming pool where we used to sit in the evenings to play games. The food is excellent: great variation (including for us, vegetarians!), truly delicious paellas and fish everyday and plenty of a wide range of tasty salads and fresh fruit. The pool is very nice and clean, with plenty of sun-loungers and very close to the bar... All the staff was very helpful and friendly. There are lots of fun activities for children and they all seemed to be having a fantastic time (a very family orientated hotel). Outside the hotel we found that there was not very much to do, but it did not affect us, as we wanted to spend as much as possible on the FABULOUS beach located only 2 minutes walk from the hotel, where for £4 you can hire a tropical parasol for the day. Wish we could be there now!!!

The hotel was as described, very close to the beach. The food was to a very high standard with plenty of variety.

Lovely friendly staff throughout the Hotel Rooms are spotlessly clean & fresh towels everyday & great having a fridge too. Restaurant food is plenty to choose from and beautiful fresh bread & croissants Pool area is small around the pool and sunbeds are plentiful, but no chance of getting around the pool, as people sit in chairs on the spot they want there sunbed. Fantastic evening entertainment for all ages We had an 8th floor room 835, fantastic corner room and sea views, think an upgrade to the 2 lifts would pay off for the hotel, as 9 floors and only 2 very small lifts is poor. All in all, we had a Fantastic Holiday and we will return again.
