Great Hotel - food & entertainment deserve a 5 (especially entertainment staff) Cleaners very loud in the morning. One incident with a rude member of bar staff.

We had a sea view room and it was beautiful the food was excellent didn't have one bad meal and was lots of choice! Only thing I would say is you have to be quick with the sunbeds but we did go in the school holidays. Lovely hotel would recommend!!

people were getting up at 4 am to put towels on sun bed you had no chance of getting one after 6 am this is wrong we all paid roughly the same for our holidays why not do like other hotels ive stayed in DONT OPEN THE DOOR TO THE POOL TILL 9 am then everyone stands the same chance

Wifi poor can't even FaceTime of Skype of load picks. Great hotel for beach and close to beach. I would recommend. It was our second stay so can't be bad. Two 24 year olds

The all inclusive system worked very well in this hotel. My girlfriend and I enjoyed delicious 3 course meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, along with unlimited alcoholic and soft drinks from the tap. All of which were at ideal times. The vibe around the pools was very pleasant. The staff did whatever they could to make our stay most enjoyable, and could speak very good English. The room was modern with a large flat screen TV on the wall. The bathroom was equipped with a modern suite and tiles. The beds were hard and uncomfortable though. Both my girlfriend and I had backaches from them.

The hotel was amazing. Food was really good quality. Rooms were really clean and tidy.

I stayed here with my teenage son during October half term. Checking in at reception was very straightforward. Our room was adequate for our needs with a great sea view - 6th floor. The hotel was very clean throughout. Dining was good, tasty food, and always served hot. Bar service was friendly and quick. The entertainment staff seemed very popular with the young children. Evening entertainment was varied in both quality and style, a brilliant magician one night, a Whitney tribute act to name a couple. The pools were too cold for me, but the children were happy to swim all day, and lifeguards on duty through the day. The hotel was just a few minutes walk to the wonderful beach, pus other restaurants, bars and shops. There were not many holidaymakers in the whole resort and it made for a very relaxing and refreshing trip.

Visited mid-Oct for a week as a family of 3, stayed in the Mirlos, pretty impressed with this hotel. Always something decent on offer in the restaurant, desserts particularly good. Animacion staff are excellent, Reception staff helpful & efficient too. 5 min walk to the beach / bars / restaurants. Only negative I can think of was Wi-Fi @ €8/day. Overall I'd recommend this hotel but seemingly gets a bit hectic during summer holidays.
