"Easy stay in Hot Springs"

Great location. Clean and daily fresh up. Bar is great and personnel very friendly. Our twice yearly destination… not so happy about some changes… Free parking is no longer free Free breakfast is now $15/person…

"Hate to leave the HHS but small things add up."

The location is great and in walking distance to everything.

Breakfast was listed as complimentary in the hotel overview but it's now $15 per person. I received a parking ticket on my vehicle after using the HHS parking garage and wasn't aware of the $18+ parking per night. The manager was ZERO help with the breakfast charge and said that it "was a customer review and he can't control that" I just let it go without arguing. Love the hotel but the small things have me looking for a different location for our next trip.

The staff was amazing. They were all so friendly. The room was a little outdated, but clean. The location was within walking distance of bathhouse row. While valet parking is available, the street parking near the hotel is free.
